Joining VinaCapital in 2010 and is a a Board Director of VCG Partners (Singapore) and VinaCapital Investment Management (Guernsey).
Oversees all aspects of VOF’s portfolio management and investor relations.
Member of the Investment Committee and has over 20 years of experience across asset management, investment banking, and corporate finance.
Prior to joining VinaCapital, held roles at Macquarie Bank in New York and Sydney, and earlier at Deloitte & Touche and Arthur Andersen in Sydney
Holds both Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees from the University of New South Wales, and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance from FINSIA, where he is a Fellow.
Dieu Phuong Nguyen
Deputy Managing Director — Head of Private Equity
Joined VinaCapital in 2005 and is one of the longest serving member of VOF.
Responsible for the VOF’s private equity investments and deal sourcing.
Holds Board positions in several VOF’s portfolio companies.
Previously with KPMG Vietnam where she covered international and local banks.
Holds BA from the Banking University of Vietnam and is a fellow member of the ACCA (UK).
Duy Le
Deputy Managing Director — Head of Listed Equity
Joined VinaCapital in 2013 and is responsible for VOF’s listed equities portfolio.
Has over 15 years of experience in corporate finance, listed equities, and private equity investment.
Previously with Blackhorse Asset Management and Ernst & Young in Vietnam.
Holds Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from International University HCMC; Master’s degree in Finance from ESCP Europe and Paris Dauphine University.

Over 30 years of experience as Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer and Director for international manufacturing companies (Theodore Alexander & ScanCom International) and KPMG.
Holds MSc Business Administration and Auditing, University of Southern Denmark.

Don Lam

Founding Partner of VinaCapital with close to 30 years in Vietnam.
Vice Chairman of the Institute for Circular Economy Development.
Deputy Chairman of Private Sector Development Committee (Committee IV under the Prime Minister’s Advisory Council for Administrative Procedure Reform).
Former Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers (Vietnam), leading corporate finance and management consulting practices throughout the Indochina region.

Involved in financial services for the last 40 years with last executive role as Chief Investment Officer, Asia Pacific (ex-Japan), for Fidelity International.

Currently a director of JPMorgan Asia Growth and Income Trust and was previously a director of a number of investment companies including Fidelity Asian Values and JPMorgan Chinese Investment Trust.

Currently an Independent Director of An Binh Commercial Bank, and Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Van Phu Invest, a listed real estate developer in Vietnam.
Previously served as an Independent Director at Saigon Hanoi Commercial Bank.
