Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV) is the country’s largest airport operator, managing 22 out of Vietnam’s 23 airports—effectively holding a near-monopoly in the sector. A key long-term growth catalyst for ACV is the development of Long Thanh International Airport, a landmark project with an estimated capital expenditure of USD 16 billion. Once fully operational, the airport will accommodate up to 100 million passengers annually, effectively doubling Vietnam’s total aviation capacity
